MSConfig Cleanup

You may never use the msconfig program from Windows to disable certain programs at startup of Windows. Indeed, msconfig only able to disable it, can not be deleted permanently, and if you wanted to eat we can do this by editing the Windows registry. However, if it feels too much trouble, we can use the MSCONFIG Cleanup program to remove the list of programs that had been disabled through msconfig.
